Marc Shiliro's Classic Cars
You're looking at another beautiful classic car listed by MS CLASSIC CARS!
2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Supercharged 550HP Custom w 6,500 original miles
Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS.  You might recognize my name or my business name from the beautiful classic cars, trucks and motorcycles I’ve collected and sold nationally.  I’ve got over 25 years of classic vehicle experience and continue to learn more every day. I’ve learned a lot and I’m educated in many different makes and models ranging from the early 1900’s to current. I specialize in beautiful classic vehicles that are at a higher level of quality than most being advertised for sale. I only collect number one and number two condition vehicles that are already completed. We slightly redesign them, service them and detail them. I have also coordinated restorations from start to finish but don’t do this anymore. Over the years I’ve collected and sold over 600 classic vehicles which can be seen on the company website sold page. The vehicles are sold to previous customers, referrals and are sold from advertising on various websites, online auctions and live auctions. MS CLASSIC CARS has set over 50 world record prices on various makes and models that I’m very proud of.  We’ve featured many classic vehicles at different auctions across the United States. We’ve had many vehicles that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. Please note, I’m not bragging, I’m just confident. I consider myself to be an expert in the classic car business and would like to put my experience to work for you.

The MS CLASSIC CARS showroom is located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. This location was established in 2012. The MS CLASSIC CARS service department and multiple storage facilities are also located in Seekonk, Massachusetts.  The MS CLASSIC CARS operations are closed to the public.  A private viewing of a vehicle can be made scheduled by appointment Monday through Friday.  The MS CLASSIC CARS inventory consists of roughly 50 classic cars and trucks that we own, service and detail.  We’re the only dealership in the country that services every vehicle we sell and documents it with an invoice. I stand behind every vehicle we sell.  Each vehicle is presented with a detailed description, 150+ high quality photos and a video.  We don’t offer consignments.  When you call you deal directly with me. I know each vehicle well and will go over the vehicle of your interest in full detail.  I’ll also assist you with any other needs such as trades, financing, insurance or enclosed shipping.  I promise to make the process from start to finish easy and enjoyable.  I take a lot of pride in this business and our reputation reflects that.  I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.  “MS CLASSIC CARS isn’t just another dealer.  MS CLASSIC CARS is a brand.”

Marc Schiliro – The owner

I've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over 25 years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only on the internet and auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially classic cars.  These people aren’t just one age group but all different ages ranging from very young to very old.  It’s a very diverse market.  I've learned it's not just people in the United States but its people all over the world.

Over the years I've noticed that the higher quality classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Over the last 20 years the overall market has been very strong and I believe it will continue to grow.  Certain classic cars prices are on the rise and others are on the decline.  It’s all about supply and demand, not about a good or bad economy.  The classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people want but there aren’t many on the market for sale.  The classic cars that are on the decline are the cars that a lot of people don’t want anymore and there’s many on the market for sale. Of course, if the car is a rare model and spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. Desirable factory correct classic cars that are documented with matching numbers always make solid investments.  Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character and there worth what people are willing to pay.

Prior to this business I was just a blue collar guy who was working full time at Viti Mercedes Benz located in Tiverton, RI. They’re recognized for being one of the best Mercedes Benz dealerships in the country for customer service.  I was very passionate about classic cars and trucks so I decided to sell them part time.  Although I had my used car dealer’s license I didn’t have my own dealership.  Overall things were going just fine but my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership.  I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership.  I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen which required using my family’s savings and acquiring loans such as a home equity line of credit.  I also took on a lot of overhead that I didn’t have before.  The bottom line is I went all in.  Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong?  “I’m putting my money where my mouth is”. Thank you.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Supercharged 550HP Custom w/ 6,600 miles

“Hot Rides by Dean’s 2011 Chevy Camaro”

Built for the 2011 SEMA Show.

Over $65,000 invested in cost of car and build.

Featured on one of the January 2011 California Car Cover catalog covers.

Clean one owner Car Fax report.

This 2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Supercharged 550HP Custom has 6,600 original miles and is one awesome street machine. It was built for the 2011 SEMA Show by “Hot Rides by Dean”. A claimed $65,000 was invested in the cost of car and build. It sports all of its gorgeous original Summit White paint which was tested with an electronic paint meter. A set of black racing stripes were painted on and clear coated over which look amazing. Some upgrades include tinted windows, custom emblems, 22” factory reproduction black wheels w/ Nitto Invo tires, Magnacharger Supercharger, Corsa exhaust system, Baer brakes, Hotchkis and Eibach suspension. This car is in excellent overall condition and has a clean Car fax report that is included. The car is powered by a 6.2 Supercharged V8 w/ 550HP and a 6-speed manual transmission.

As the Monroney Label that was ordered by MS CLASSIC CARS indicates this car was built as a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2dr Coupe 2SS that had a Summit White exterior with a Beige and Black interior. The factory installed options included the RS package, ground effects package, front license plate bracket and cargo mat. As the clean one owner Car Fax report indicates the car was sold new on July 17th, 2010 by Paradise Chevrolet located in Ventura, CA. The car was built for the 2011 SEMA Show by “Hot Rides by Dean” located in Moorpark, CA. The car is known as the “Hot Rides by Dean’s 2011 Chevy Camaro”. It was featured on one of the January 2011 California Car Cover catalog covers. An article from California Car Cover that documents this information was printed off the internet and included. On January 29th, 2013 the car was sold with 5,586 original miles to a private collector with a dealer’s license in Scottsbluff, NE. Since the private collector has a dealer license it doesn’t count as an owner on the Car Fax report. The car was purchased from the private collector recently by MS CLASSIC CARS and currently has 6,600 original miles.

The exterior of this car is in excellent overall condition. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. The car has a striking appearance with its unique design and appearance. It’s equipped with the GM factory RS package with the ground effect package. The ground effects were painted the same color as the body. The body is free of any dings or dents. It retains 100% of its original factory paint which was tested with an electronic paint meter. The Summit White paint is in show quality condition and fits this car like a glove. During the build black racing stripes were painted and clear coated over which look amazing. It has recently been detailed to a brilliant shine. The black upper/lower grille and rear bumper exhaust outlets look great with the white paint. During the build the GM factory chrome emblems, badges and bezels were removed. New emblems, badges and bezels were painted and re-installed. During the build all the windows were professionally tinted and look killer. The factory high intensity headlights with halo design look so sweet when turned on. The factory 20” wheels were removed during the build and replaced with 22” factory reproduction black wheels. These wheels fill the wheel wells better which adds character. MS CLASSIC CARS had four new Nitto Invo tires installed that are 265-30-22 on the front and 285-30-22 on the rear. These are great tires and handle the road excellent.

The interior of this car is also in excellent condition. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. Surprisingly the interior is spacious for a sports car. The Beige and Black interior complements the exterior perfectly. The headliner, dash, console, portion of seats, portion of door panels and carpeting is black. The seat surfaces are beige and a portion of the door panels have a silver trim piece. The door sills have a carbon fiber design and read Chevrolet. The car is loaded with factory standard equipment such heads up display, tilt telescopic steering wheel, power windows, power and heated mirrors, power locks, power driver’s seat, partial passenger power seat, cruise control, air conditioning and Boston Acoustics premium 9-speaker system. The trunk compartment is also spacious for a sports car. MS CLASSIC CARS ordered a Monroney Label for this car based off the option codes which is pictured in the photo gallery and included.

The engine compartment is highly detailed throughout with the perfect touch of custom touches. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. It still retains all the factory tags and stickers. The original 6.2 Liter SFI V8 engine was outfitted with a new Magnacharger Supercharger during the build. The 6.2 Liter SFI V8 is factory rated with 426HP. The Magnacharger Supercharger adds an additional 120HP. So the combination is around 550HP! The red supercharger and white valve covers that were added during the build really make the engine compartment pop. This engine runs and sounds excellent. It’s equipped with a Hotchkis strut tower brace that was added during the build. This Hotchkis strut tower brace is very visible in the engine compartment which looks beefy. The engine breathes through a Corsa cat back exhaust system that was added during the build. This is a great exhaust system that sounds awesome especially when you’re a higher RPM levels. The engine is coupled the original 6-speed manual transmission and 3.45 axle ratio which provides great driveability for all types of usage.

The undercarriage is also highly detailed throughout with the perfect touch of custom touches. It’s reflective of a vehicle with only 6,600 original miles. It still retains all the factory paint marks and tags. It’s equipped with a Hotchkis chassis max brace and Hotchkis sway bars which were both added during the build. It’s equipped Eibach Pro kit lowering springs that were added during the build. Its BAER 6-piston calipers big brake kit front and rear that were added during the build. This BAER braking system alone is $8,000 to give an idea of how much money was invested in this build.

As the clean Car Fax report indicates it has an open recall which is for the flip key transmitter. The GM dealer will replace that with a different style at no charge. Most people don’t like the replacement key as much as the flip key transmitter. The new owner can decide what their preference is. One key and all the original owners’ manuals are included.

This car checks off all the boxes!

***MS CLASSIC CARS purchases beautiful classic vehicles that we’ve serviced and detailed unlike most classic vehicles that are currently being advertised for sale.   This is documented with an invoice pictured below.  Please understand every vehicle needs something.  Some vehicles just need a lot more than others.  At MS CLASSIC CARS we take eliminate the surprises.  We’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking. ***

MS CLASSIC CARS invested a total of $5,163.07 servicing this vehicle including the parts and labor.  An invoice is pictured below that documents everything.  MS CLASSIC CARS also invested $600.00 in detailing the vehicle from top to bottom.

Unfortunately most classic vehicles that are being advertised for sale by dealers, private parties and auctions aren't exactly what are being advertised for sale.  This is an industry with no real guidelines and everyone's opinion is completely different.  The average consumer doesn’t realize classic vehicles weren’t restored at the factory and are being restored by people in their garages.  Everyone’s level of restoration experience is different and it shows in the restoration.  An example would be a classic vehicle that's  being advertised as an original model with matching numbers could be a phony with a reproduction trim tag and re stamped numbers on the engine block, etc.  Another example would be a classic vehicle is being advertised as a full restoration when indeed only a few things have been restored.  There are many classic vehicles listed for sale that have cosmetic and mechanical issues with such items as the body, paint, glass, lights, body hinges, gauges, window components, steering components, upholstery, engine leaks and tuning, radiators, transmission, rear end, brake components and suspension components.  The consumers are spending thousands of dollars repairing the classic vehicles they've purchased after the sale.  A bad purchase could turn into the buyer’s worst nightmare and be extremely costly!

MS CLASSIC CARS specializes in beautiful classic cars and trucks that are at a higher level of quality than most being advertised for sale. I personally have selected these vehicles and take pride in what I represent.  I'm not a classic car dealer who is only looking to make a quick buck.  I’ve seen dealers and private parties purchase classic vehicles at auctions and online and immediately list them for sale.  Most of these vehicles aren’t being advertised correctly and haven’t been serviced or detailed.  This business is my career and my reputation which means everything to me.  I do the best of my ability to represent quality classic cars and advertise them honestly.  To be clear I’m not in the restoration business.  I represent classic vehicles that have already been restored that we’ve serviced and detailed.

This vehicle is owned by MS CLASSIC CARS and is located in Seekonk, MA.  I personally have seen, touched and driven this vehicle.  This vehicle has been through a service and detail process which is documented with an MS CLASSIC CARS invoice. I'll personally go over the entire vehicle and tell you everything I know about it.  I'll also give you my opinion if it’s truly the right vehicle for you. I’ll consider all trades and also offer financing if necessary.  Once you've committed to purchase a classic vehicle from MS CLASSIC CARS, I’ll make it a very easy process from start to finish.  Once the funds have cleared I'll immediately mail the paperwork USPS 2-day air with tracking number. I’ll also assist in shipping your vehicle to its new home with an enclosed carrier. Once the vehicle is loaded inside the enclosed trailer we’ll cover it with a new plastic cover and email you photos.

If you've read the introduction tab or visited my website you’ll probably agree I'm a bit of a perfectionist and represent very detailed classic vehicles. MS CLASSIC CARS has a great reputation and we continue to raise the bar in the classic car and truck world.  I sell our classic cars and trucks very quickly because consumers see the value.  I look forward to working with you.  Please read the company website testimonials and read our reviews online. Please also ask someone who knows about MS CLASSIC CARS.  Thank you for the opportunity!

I do the best I can to represent my classic cars and trucks.  My results, feedback and reputation speak for themselves.
