You're looking at another beautiful classic car listed by MS CLASSIC CARS!
1968 Chevrolet C10 Pickup Custom - Supercharged LS3 V8 w/ 625HP
Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS. You might recognize my name or my business name from the beautiful classic cars, trucks and motorcycles I’ve collected and sold nationally. I’ve got over 25 years of classic vehicle experience and continue to learn more every day. I’ve learned a lot and I’m educated in many different makes and models ranging from the early 1900’s to current. I specialize in beautiful classic vehicles that are at a higher level of quality than most being advertised for sale. I only collect number one and number two condition vehicles that are already completed. We slightly redesign them, service them and detail them. I have also coordinated restorations from start to finish but don’t do this anymore. Over the years I’ve collected and sold over 700 classic vehicles which can be seen on the company website sold page. The vehicles are sold to previous customers, referrals and are sold from advertising on various websites, online auctions and live auctions. We’ve featured many classic vehicles at different auctions across the United States. We’ve had many vehicles that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I’m proud to say that MS CLASSIC CARS has accomplished some great things with our vehicles over the years. People recognize value in our vehicles and doing business with us. I consider myself to be an expert in the classic car business and would like to put my experience to work for you.
The MS CLASSIC CARS showroom is located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. This location was established in 2012. The MS CLASSIC CARS service department and multiple storage facilities are also located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The MS CLASSIC CARS operations are closed to the public. A private viewing of a vehicle can be made scheduled by appointment Monday through Friday. The MS CLASSIC CARS inventory consists of roughly 50 classic cars and trucks that we own, service and detail. We’re the only dealership in the country that services every vehicle we sell and documents it with an invoice. I stand behind every vehicle we sell. Each vehicle is presented with a detailed description, 150+ high quality photos and a video. We don’t offer consignments. When you call you deal directly with me. I know each vehicle well and will go over the vehicle of your interest in full detail. I’ll also assist you with any other needs such as trades, financing, insurance or enclosed shipping. I promise to make the process from start to finish easy and enjoyable. I take a lot of pride in this business and our reputation reflects that. I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. “MS CLASSIC CARS isn’t just another dealer. MS CLASSIC CARS is a brand.”

“The Chevrolet Design Award at SEMA and other prestigious awards say it all. This pickup is clearly one of the best vehicles we’ve ever offered from the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection." – Marc Schiliro
This out of this world 1968 Chevrolet C10 Pickup Custom is true craftsmanship at the highest level and a one-of-a-kind G-machine. It’s equipped with a Magnuson Supercharged Chevrolet Performance LS3 625HP V8 with Chevrolet Performance 4L60E transmission and rolls on a Roadster Shop Slammed Spec Series chassis. As the VIN number indicates this truck was built in Tarrytown, NJ was a 1968 Chevrolet C10 ½ Ton V8 4x2 Pickup. It was rendered by well-known artist Eric Brockmeyer. The vision was brought to life by Mark Giambalvo and his team at Creative Rod and Kustom located in Womelsdorf, PA. Mark’s shop has magnitude of significant awards over his 20 years in business. This C10 was found by one of Mark’s employees in town locally and was the perfect candidate for the ultimate C10 build. The restoration started in 2017 and was completed in 2018 for the SEMA where it won the Chevrolet Design Award. Some of the other prestigious awards it’s achieved include Goodguys “Gold Award”- 2018, Goodguys “Truck of the Year Top 5 Finalist”- 2018, Goodguys “Detroit Speed Pros Pick”-2019, Goodguys “Best Ride on Roadster Shop Chassis”-2019, Detroit Autorama “Outstanding Truck”-2019 and World of Wheels “Steel City Top 5”-2019. Since completion it’s only been driven test miles. MS CLASSIC CARS purchased it in March of 2023.
The exterior of this C10 is simply breathtaking with its custom design and innovation. It truly looks like it was built at the General Motors factory in 2023. The original body was sand blasted and needed minimal repairs. During the restoration process a lot of custom fabrication work was done including smoothing all the factory body seams, weld marks and holes. The front of the roof was chopped 1” to match the rear which was slightly lower from the factory. Lowering the roof provided an opportunity to creatively flush fit the front glass. The A-pillars skins were cut off and then widened ½”. The pillar was laid back along with the doors to get everything to line up. The top of the hood plays off the design of a late-model Chevrolet Silverado Pickup. The door mirrors were removed and the smoothed for a streamline look. The factory door handles were also smoothed and modern style door handles. To integrate C7 Corvette handles into the doors custom pockets were built into the doors. The door mechanism is matched with Silverado latches. Just like in a Corvette, reaching behind the door actuates a solenoid that pops it open. The bed has new panels that were supplied from Auto Metal Direct. The custom made tailgate looks nothing like the stock piece. All of the pockets and divots were removed. The custom body line was shaped into the bottom of the tailgate that’s rolls into the bedsides. Countless hours were spent making the body laser straight with precise gap lines. The fit and finish is second to none. Once the rolling piece of art work was sculptured it was painted with PPG Cavalry Blue which looks absolutely spectacular. The center of the hood was then painted Medium Gray metallic with an orange pinstripe to highlight the custom recesses. The paint was recently detailed to a show quality shine by the team at MS CLASSIC CARS. All of the tinted glass was replaced new including the one-piece door glass which replaced the trimmed vent glass. The factory style front grille was fabricated to fit 1” deeper and painted satin gray. Alumicraft machined the custom mesh pattern within the grille. The grille was decorated with a new black Chevy bow tie to keep it true to its roots. The factory headlight bezels were also painted satin gray and house the modern headlights. The custom made steel front bumper with front lip spoiler fits beautifully and was painted stain gray. The custom tailgate eliminates the indented “Chevrolet” factory lettering. In its place is a sleek aluminum strip machined by Alumicraft where the letters look 3D like. The tailgate unlatches with custom pins and is held with straps to prevent damage. The custom machined acrylic taillights are wider than stock and eliminate the factory trim. They’re illuminated by LED bulbs. The custom made steel rear bumper with custom exhaust tip outlets was also painted satin gray. The inner bed was smoothed and the bed floor was raised two inches. To accommodate the aggressive drop, a 10-inch hump makes room for the rea axle. Factory-style tubs were also raised four inches and widened four inches to clear the wide rear tires. The inner bed was painted matte Cavalry Blue to make it slightly different in appearance then the exterior. The inner bed was outfitted with a custom fuel filler and boat deck material for a unique look. The truck sits on custom Billet Specialties “Hydro” wheels with a natural center and polished lip. The wheels are 19x9 with Pirelli P Zero 265-35-19 tires on the front and 20x12 with Pirelli P Zero 345-30-20 tires on the rear.
The interior of this C10 is state-of-art with its simple and clean design. It looks like it was built at the General Motors factory in 2023. Like the exterior, the interior blends traditional and modern design cues. Eric Brockmeyer also designed the interior which was brought to life by well-known Bux Customs located in Pottstown, PA. The entire interior was custom made including the one-piece headliner and hand built metal dash that was molded after a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. The dash houses the Dakota Digital white face gauges with blue lights and operational glove box. The dash fascia has Toyota Tacoma knobs and Ford Explorer air vents. The metal interior panels and bucket seats were also hand built. Once everything was completed the interior was insulated with Boom Mat and upholstered in Medium Gray Hydes leather with white stitching. The high quality leather is soft to the touch. Some of the custom features include an Ididit tilt steering column with billet levers, Billet Specialties “Hydro” 14” black anodized steering wheel with gray wrap, Clayton Machine Works door handles, door pockets, Vintage Air Conditioning and Goolsby Edition pedals. The custom made center console houses the Pioneer head unit, push button start, Lokar shifter, power window switches, Silverado dual cup holders, storage compartment with tuner and removable cover for XS Power Battery. The entire floor was treated to premium black carpeting. It’s equipped with a keyless system and powered by a remote key fob.
The engine compartment is highly detailed throughout with many custom parts. The backside of the hood was fabricated including the insulation pad. The hood pivots on Ringbrothers black anodized hood hinges. The hood is held with custom made pop rod that was painted body color. The firewall, inner fenders, wheel tubs and radiator support were also fabricated. The firewall has a very unique design. The entire engine compartment was painted in matte Cavalry Blue to make it slightly different in appearance then the exterior. All of the factory holes were smoothed. All the new wiring and hoses were concealed for an organized appearance. The truck is powered by a new Magnuson Supercharged GM Performance LS3 V8 that is rated with 625HP. The engine was dyno tested and runs excellent. It was dyno tested with 548HP at the rear tires! The dyno video is shown in the video. The engine and Clayton Machine valve covered were painted orange to keep it true to its roots. The orange matches the stripes on the hood perfectly. The valve covers were decorated with billet inlets and carbon fiber pieces which look beautiful. The engine was outfitted with a Holley oil pan, Concept One pulley system and custom air intake with blue filter. The engine is cool by a custom fabricated aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The engine breathes through Ultimate Headers and a Flowmaster exhaust system that exits the rear bumper section. The exhaust was mandrel bent with clean welds for a neat look. Some of the exhaust was wrapped with heat tape to keep the floors cool. The engine is coupled to a new 4L60E automatic transmission sourced from Performance Automatic. The transmission is equipped with a transmission cooler. The power is transferred through the HD custom driveshaft to the new Strange Engineering 9” Tru-Trac rear end with 3.73 gears.
The undercarriage is also highly detailed throughout with many custom parts. This undercarriage should be displayed with lights and mirrors at car shows with the excellent attention to detail. The underside was painted with a matte Cavalry Blue textured paint for durability. The body was placed on a new Roadster Shop Slammed Chassis that was painted black. It’s equipped with power rack and pinion steering. The suspension system consists of front tubular upper and lower control arms, heavy duty sway bars, Strange coilovers with Hyperco springs and four-link rear setup. The braking system consists of a Wilwood master cylinder and Wilwood four wheel disc brakes with 6-piston orange calipers on the front, 4-psiton orange calipers on the rear, drilled and slotted rotors. It’s equipped with an E-Stopp electric emergency brake. A custom fuel tank was relocated to the rear with custom filler. A power cut off knob was installed on the passenger side.
**PLEASE CALL MS CLASSIC CARS OWNER MARC SCHILIRO FOR A VERY ACCURATE VERBAL DESCRIPTION OF THIS VEHICLE**
***MS CLASSIC CARS only purchases number one and number two condition classic vehicles. We service and detail every vehicle unlike most classic vehicles that are currently being advertised for sale. MS CLASSIC CARS invested a total of $ servicing and detailing this vehicle. This is documented with an invoice pictured below. We’re the only classic car dealership in the country that does this. Please understand every vehicle needs something. Some vehicles just need a lot more than others. At MS CLASSIC CARS we take eliminate the surprises. We’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking. ***
Unfortunately most classic vehicles that are being advertised for sale by dealers, private parties and auctions aren't exactly what are being advertised for sale. This is an industry with no real guidelines and everyone's opinion is completely different. The average consumer doesn’t realize classic vehicles weren’t restored at the factory and are being restored by people in their garages. Everyone’s level of restoration experience is different and it shows in the restoration. An example would be a classic vehicle that's being advertised as an original model with matching numbers could be a phony with a reproduction trim tag and re stamped numbers on the engine block, etc. Another example would be a classic vehicle is being advertised as a full restoration when indeed only a few things have been restored. There are many classic vehicles listed for sale that have cosmetic and mechanical issues with such items as the body, paint, glass, lights, body hinges, gauges, window components, steering components, upholstery, engine leaks and tuning, radiators, transmission, rear end, brake components and suspension components. The consumers are spending thousands of dollars repairing the classic vehicles they've purchased after the sale. A bad purchase could turn into the buyer’s worst nightmare and be extremely costly!
MS CLASSIC CARS specializes in beautiful classic cars and trucks that are at a higher level of quality than most being advertised for sale. I personally have selected these vehicles and take pride in what I represent. I'm not a classic car dealer who is only looking to make a quick buck. I’ve seen dealers and private parties purchase classic vehicles at auctions and online and immediately list them for sale. Most of these vehicles aren’t being advertised correctly and haven’t been serviced or detailed. This business is my career and reputation which means everything to me. I do the best of my ability to represent quality classic cars and advertise them honestly. To be clear I’m not in the restoration business. I represent classic vehicles that have already been restored.
This vehicle is owned by MS CLASSIC CARS and is located in Seekonk, MA. I personally have seen, touched and driven this vehicle. This vehicle has been through a service and detail process which is documented with an MS CLASSIC CARS invoice. I write the descriptions, take the photos, advertise them for sale and answer all the calls and emails. I'll personally go over the entire vehicle and tell you everything I know about it. I'll also give you my opinion if it’s truly the right vehicle for you. I’ll consider all trades and also offer financing if necessary. Once you've committed to purchase a classic vehicle from MS CLASSIC CARS, I’ll make it a very easy process from start to finish. Once the funds have cleared I'll immediately mail the paperwork USPS 2-day air. A CD with the description and photos of the vehicle you purchased will be included in the package. I’ll also assist in shipping your vehicle to its new home.
If you've read the introduction tab or visited my website you’ll probably agree I'm a bit of a perfectionist and represent very detailed classic vehicles. MS CLASSIC CARS has a great reputation and we continue to raise the bar in the classic car and truck world. I sell our classic cars and trucks very quickly because consumers see the value. I look forward to working with you. Please read my website testimonials and eBay positive feedback. Thank you for the opportunity!
