THE LATEST NEWS - Updated January 21st, 2012

Hello Everyone!

Wow, is the word that describes the most recent Barrett Jackson Auto Auction that was held in Scottsdale, AZ January 17-22. I consigned five classic cars and overall was very happy with the results. My 1964 Thunderbolt recreation was in the top five of Wednesday's highest sale priced vehicles. My 1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda was in the top ten of Thursday's highest sale priced vehicles. Many thanks to Galen Govier who drove my Cuda on stage and spoke about the car. Many thanks to all the people who helped me with all my cars at Barrett Jackson. Great Job! The last six months have been extremely busy for me and I look forward to the next group of cars and trucks I'm listing privately and consigning to the upcoming Barrett Jackson Auto Auction being held in Palm Beach, FL April 5-7.

As my website indicates I've just listed two beautiful classic cars for sale. The first is a 1951 Buick Riviera Super 56R. This is a documented 35,000 original car that has spent it's entire life ( 61 years ) in sunny Florida. It's never been restored and is in beautiful condition. It's Victoria Red Metallic with a Sky Gray top. The exterior is complimented with a light gray interior. It has the famous "Fireball Engine". This car is very rare and collectable. Click on the picture for a complete description with multiple photos. The second car is a 1968 Mustang Fastback GT. It's show quality and a multiple show winner. This was a complete restoration to mostly original specifications. It sports it's original color combination of Acapulco Blue with two tone blue and white interior. This is a rare color combination! It's matching numbers and heavily documented including the original build shhet, owners manual, Marti Report, reproduction window sticker and tons of pictures of the restoration. Click on the picture for a complete description with mulitple photos.

I have eight very special classic vehicles coming soon listed below.

1. 1937 Buick 4-door Slant Back. This is a very rare automobile. It's a complete restoration of an absolutely amazing car. The two tone white paint is beautiful and is complimented with a semi custom interior. Everything on this car is new. It has a 1952 straight 8cyl with 3 speed overdrive, 2-two barrell Holley's, spilt manifold exhaust, complete easy-wire system, new Banjo steering wheel, overhead console and in dash sound system and classic wire wheels with Cooker white wall tires, etc. Words can't describe what this car looks like! Stay tuned.

2. 1957 Ford Custom Pro Touring Business Coupe. This is a one-of-a-kind with the Boss 429 Theme throughout. It has the Boss 429 hood scoop, decals, valve covers, etc. This is one absolutely stunning street machine that was a labor of love. It looks very simliar to my 1957 Fairlane which was my highest selling classic car ever! The body is extremely straight with shaved door handles and trunk. It's painted in a two stage 2007 Ford color. It's wrapped with new Boze 19" and 20" wheels. The custom interior was done by well known Steve Ingram. It has power windows, locks and trunk. It also has AC and many other cool features. The heart of the car is a built 429 pushing over 400 horsepower! It's equipped with a Ford 9" rear end, four wheel disc brakes and a NASCAR side exhaust system. Eat your heart out!!! Stay Tuned.

3. 1967 Fairlane GTA. This car is a true GTA that went through a recent complete restoration and looks great. It's red with white interior. The engine was upgraded to a massive 428 Cobra Jet! It also has air conditioning and other great features. This is a very rare find and will get a ton of attention. Stay Tuned.

4. 1968 Ford Galaxie XL. Survivor. Museum Quality. Two Owner. 45,000 original miles. It is an extremely rare car with a Z code 390 with a C6 automatic transmission. The Elite Marti Report documents 1 of 2 built like it! It's 1 of 8 built in Candy Apple Red with a parchment vinyl top and parchment interior. This car has been dressed with beautiful wheels and a custom exhaust. The original wheels and tires are included along with TONS OF DOCUMENTATION from day one. This is a very special car that could be one of the nicest 68 XL's left on the planet! It should be on my website early February 2012. Stay tuned.

5. 1969 Olds 442 Convertible. 400 V8. Oldsmobile enthusiasts take notice! This is a mostly original car with only 57,500 miles! The exterior color of Metallic Gold with black top and black hood stripes are stunning. It's equipped with air conditioning and other great features. It's completely matching numbers and heavily documented! It has more original documentation then any classic car I've ever owned before. Stay tuned.

6. 1970 Mustang Boss 302. Do I need to say anymore! This is a MCA winner and magazine car. It's yellow with black interior. It's completely matching numbers and is a 4-speed. It has other great options such as a Shaker Hood and much more! The Elite Marti Report details everything. Stay tuned.

7. 1985 Toyota SR5. V8. Monster Truck. Yes, I bought a monster truck. When you see this truck you'll understand why. It's fully custom and completely brand new with tons of options. Tons of money was spent on this truck. The undercarriage is so detailed you could eat dinner off it. This is very cool. Stay Tuned.

8. 1991 Chevy Pickup Truck. V8. Pro Street. I purchased this truck from the same gentleman I purchased the 1985 Toyota SR5 from. This truck is fully loaded and completely custom. It has less then 50,000 original miles. Tons of money was spent on this truck. This is very cool!

I also have two beautiful classic cars under restoration. One is a 1966 Pro Touring Nova and the other is a 1967 Mustang Eleanor convertible. These will be two of the nicest classic cars I've ever owned! They should be done over the next couple of months. Stay tuned!

Please call or email me with any questions regarding any of the vehicles listed above. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Marc Schiliro
